Nosh Night
Nosh night is a monthly over 50s supper club held at the Barnet Mencap offices.
Each month a different style of cuisine is served as chosen by the members alongside a social activity. It brings people over 50 together, who are isolated in the community, giving them a chance to have a good meal while socialising and making friends.
- “Excellent. The healthiest meal I’ve had in ages”
- “What a fantastic night! Lovely food, pleasant company and a good laugh!”
- “It was good to meet new friends”
