The findings from the survey will help the council plan its services to ensure it continues to support its diverse communities. The survey closes on Wednesday 2 December: engage.barnet.gov.uk/covid19-residents-survey

Cllr Dan Thomas, Leader of Barnet Council, said:

“COVID-19 has affected every person in our borough and in the country. We are asking you to fill out this survey so that we can ensure that the council is providing the services that the people of Barnet need. As we went into our first lockdown, the council focused to make sure that the most vulnerable were given the support they need no matter what, and that vital services such as bin collections continued across the borough.

“As we settled into the ‘new normal’ we were able to open up support and services for many more businesses and residents. The findings of this survey will help us shape our response as the challenges of the pandemic continue, and make sure that we are able to continue making Barnet a better place for everyone at this challenging time.”

The COVID-19 questionnaire topics range from how your life has changed since the start of the pandemic to your health and wellbeing. The survey also asks for feedback on the information the council has been providing on local services during this time and residents’ awareness and experience of the Government's Test & Trace service.

You have until Wednesday 2 December to complete the survey: engage.barnet.gov.uk/covid19-residents-survey
