1.A list of all Registered Social Housing Providers currently contracted or operating in partnership with your local authority and managing agents.2.For each RSL listed:oThe total amount paid to them by the local authority for housing-related services (such as rent payments, management fees, and housing benefit payments) for each of the past three financial years.oThe number of housing units (properties) they currently manage within your local authority boundary, broken down by:Property type (e.g., house, flat, bedsit)Number of bedroomsTenure or use type (e.g., general needs, supported housing, temporary accommodation, or other categories)3.Copies of any agreements, contracts, or memoranda of understanding between the local authority and any RSLs relating to housing provision, particularly in connection with temporary accommodation or homelessness prevention.If any part of this request is unclear or too broad, please don't hesitate to contact me, and I will be happy to refine it.Where possible, I would appreciate the information in a digital format such as Excel, PDF, or Word.Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response within the 20 working days permitted under the Act.
