Dear Barnet CouncilRe: Freedom of Information RequestThis is a Freedom of Information Request for Barnet Council to provide copies of all contracts (clarifying the nature of the contracts) and financial transactions (clarifying what the transactions were for), which the Council holds and has made between the following:1.Harold Benjamin Solicitors of Hygeia Building, 66 68 College Road, Harrow, HA1 1BE2.Sawyer Fielding of 9 Galley House, Moon Lane, London, EN5 5YL3.All financial institutions and financial parties, including banks, insurance companies, developers and landlords4.HM Land Registry5.Ferdous Choudhury or on behalf of Ferdous Choudhury6.All other relevant partiesOn the following properties:-110 Poplar Grove, London, N11 3NL, sold on 29 May 2024-2 Norden Point, Claremont Road, London, NW2 1TG, which was the subject of The London Borough of Barnet (Brent Cross Cricklewood) Compulsory Purchase Order (No.2) 2015 I would like the Council to provide the requested information to my email address ferdouschoudhury1950@hotmail.comPlease note, I require the information requested due to the loss which I am facing over my purchase of the property 110 Poplar Grove, London, N11 3NL in light of liability charges and a liability order notice which has been issued against me on 27 June 2025 on this property. The Council's urgent action on the aforementioned requests is required in order to ascertain any course of action or remedial action that may be necessary.I would like the Council to confirm whether all my requests will be actioned and by which date I can expect to receive a response on my request.
