A bus lane has just been installed on the east side of Barnet High Street between the junction with Wood Street at the north end and Meadway at the south end.(1) How much did it costs to install?(2) How much will it cost to operate and to maintain per unit time?(3) What quantified benefit was it assessed to deliver per unit time?(4) If there was no quantified benefit why was it done?(5) As journey time reduction is supposed to be the prime benefit from bus lanes, by how much has the journey time been reduced on the affected routes in passenger-journey-minutes per unit time?
