Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am submitting a follow-up request related to FOI 14729955 and the governance and consultancy arrangements for the Manor Park Road development, which forms part of Phase One of the Places for Barnet programme.Request:1.Please confirm whether the following companies or consultants, as currently listed on the website https://manorparkroad.co.uk, have been engaged in any capacity, directly or via subcontract, by either:oThe London Borough of BarnetoPlaces for Barnet LLPoKuropatwa Limited (or any associated entity acting in its role within Places for Barnet)The listed companies are:oArchitecture 00oKanda ConsultingoInglis Badrashi Loddo ArchitectsoMotion (transport consultants)oGreengage (sustainability consultants)oTribal (community engagement)oLand Use Consultants2.For each entity listed above, please:oConfirm the date of any formal engagement or appointment.oSpecify whether the engagement is related to Manor Park Road specifically, or to other sites within the Places for Barnet programme.oProvide a copy of any contract, scope of works, or procurement document relevant to their appointment (redacted if necessary for confidentiality).oIf not engaged, please confirm whether Barnet Council or Places for Barnet LLP are aware that the entities are being publicly listed in association with the Manor Park Road site.3.Please also confirm whether Barnet Council maintains any oversight, review, or approval rights over which consultants may be presented publicly as part of community engagement or planning-related material, including on websites.Background: This request follows the response to FOI 14729955, which listed only a small number of consultants and did not mention several of the entities now listed on the website. The website appears to have been publicly accessible prior to 4 July 2025, the date of the original FOI submission.For accuracy and transparency, it is important to clarify whether these named consultants are in fact engaged on the project, and if not, whether their inclusion in public-facing materials has been reviewed or authorised.Many thanks in advance.
