Dear Barnet Borough Council,In early 2023, mature trees were illegally removed from 84 Winnington Road, N2.In August 2023, a junior planning officer at Barnet Council confirmed the unlawful removal. However, subsequent messages went unanswered.In December 2023, [name redacted], Senior Tree Officer for Barnet Council, promised to investigate. Despite repeated enquiries throughout 2024, no meaningful updates were provided, and [name redacted] left Barnet Council in October 2024.Following this, Fabien Gaudin, Director of Planning for Barnet, pledged to investigate and confirmed that [name redacted], Head of Planning Enforcement and Compliance, would personally oversee the case.Request: I seek a full disclosure of all materials related to Barnet Council's investigation into the unlawful removal of four mature trees from 84 Winnington Road, N2.
