1.2.3.In the past 5 years, how many claims have been made against the council for pedestrian4. accidents? (Between March 31 - April 1) Broken down by years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024. 5.1a. Can this be broken down by reason for the claim (i.e. potholes/sinkholes, public highway accidents caused by defects, leisure centre/park/library accidents, pavement accidents, etc.)1b. Could you also make clear whether a claim was logged as a personal injury claim or a property damage claim?2.3.4.Can you provide the number and cost of such claims closed (or settled with a periodical5. payment order) between calendar years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 with a damages payment?6.
