I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would be interested in all information held by your organisation regarding my request as follows: 1.How can residents of the borough apply for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Refund/Rebate, Council Tax Support/Benefits, Council Tax Reductions and Exemptions and Blue Badges? Please respond and confirm whether the following options are available: *via your website;*by phone; *in person or by visiting a council building; *using a printed form 2.Does your organisation provide face to face assistance to residents of the Borough to complete forms for *Housing Benefits*Council Tax Refunds/Rebates, Council Tax Support/Benefits, Council Tax Reductions and Exemptions *Blue Badge applications or renewals3.If face to face assistance is available where is this available? Please provide all locations 4.Where can your borough residents without online access find telephone contact details for your organisation where they can be provided with offline information and support about Housing Benefits, Council Tax Refund/Rebates, Council Tax Support/Benefits, Council Tax Reductions and Exemptions and Blue Badges? Please provide all locations e.g. libraries, council offices, organisations you might fund to undertake this work?
