This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.I wish to understand more about your free cycle training scheme funded by Transport for London (TfL).Please provide the information below related to this scheme:1) Does Barnet Council manage its free cycle training in house or is it outsourced to private providers?2) If Barnet Council outsources its free cycle training to private providers, please clarify:a) The number for cycling training contracts awarded in the past 6 years, including the length of the contracts and date they are up for renewalb) Which private companies are the recipients of these contracts?c) What is the financial value of these contracts?d) What is the hourly pay for instructors employed under these contractsIn the event that you determine some of the information I have requested to be exempt from disclosure, please redact exempt information with black boxes, instead of snipping or excerpting, and please state which category of exemption you believe applies to the information.If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the cost of compliance limit identified in s.12 FOIA, please answer the questions in numerical order until the cost limit is reached.
