This is a Freedom of Information request for all copies of reports and assessment etc. that you have received at Barnet Council regarding your ALMO Barnet Homes. This is also a request for any reports, assessment etc. Barnet Council has on the service provided by Barnet Homes from anyone including those carried out by Barnet Council itself.Who is the member of staff and department at Barnet Council who oversees the service provided by Barnet Homes to Barnet Council?How often, and in what form, does Barnet Council assess and review the service provided by Barnet Homes as an ALMO to Barnet Council?How much does Barnet Council pay annually (each year since they started their contract with Barnet Council) to the Barnet Group/Barnet Homes to provide their service as an ALMO for Barnet Council?Who reviews the contract between Barnet Council and Barnet Homes and who made the decision to renew that contract in 2024?You will note that this information and the reports you received from the housing inspectorate are in your possession and not Barnet Homes.
