FOI: Assets of Community Value (ACV) compensation claims

I work within the Property team at nplaw, the legal department of Norfolk County Council.We are trying to establish the number of claims for compensation that Local Authorities have received in relation to properties being listed as assets of community value (ACV) under the Localism Act 2011.We would be grateful if you could take the time to confirm the number of ACV compensation claims that your Local Authority has received in the last 5 years (if any) and the level of compensation awarded in each case.We would be grateful if you could pass this message onto your legal department, as they may be best placed to respond to this query.Please note that we are contacting all relevant councils in England and we will be happy to share the results of this research with you once collated.
