This request is made under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and Environmental Information Regulations and is submitted on behalf of Friern Barnet & Whetstone Residents' Association.Please would you include "Freedom of Speech Policies" in the heading of your responses?Responses to the following are requested-1. Does the Council have policies specifically concerning freedom of speech (either generally or in relation to specific aspects- such asemployee's right, whistleblower's rights and Councillor's rights)? Ifso please provide list and links to copies. In the case of policies contained in the Council's Constitution please identify the relevant provision.2. Which member of the Council Cabinet has responsibility for freedom of speech issues?3. Which member (s) of the Council's Senior Management structure ( as identified in the Council's Senior management Structure Chart Feb. 2024) have responsibility for freedom of speech issues, whether generally or within specific areas?
