Please would you provide the following information about Barnet Council's housing allocations / housing register:a.What proportion of applicants who are entitled to reasonable preference under section 166A(3)(a) are placed into (a) Band 1, (b) Band 2, (c) Band 3, and (d) Band 4 respectively?b.Does the Council nominate applicants in (a) Band 3 and (b) Band 4 for allocations of social housing or otherwise make them allocations of social housing?c. Does the Council (Barnet Homes) have a policy of not offering applicants registered in band 3 and band 4 an allocation of social housing (Council or housing association property)?d. How many applicants in (a) Band 3 and (b) Band 4 have received an allocation of social housing within the last 5 years? If the Council cannot provide this information for the last 5 years please provide it for the longest period for which it is available.d.How many applicants have been excluded from consideration for an allocation under paragraph 4.26 of the Council's allocation policy because of their refusal of an offer of a private rented sector tenancy within the last 5 years? Of these applicants, how many/what proportion were owed a duty under Part 7 HA 1996? If the Council cannot provide this information for the last 5 years please provide it for the longest period for which it is available.
