Sleep

Don’t compare yourself
Focus on yourself and try not to compare your results to others. Everyone has different strengths, weaknesses, goals, plans. It’s your choice and your life. What comes next is up to you.
Consider your options
You always have options. If you haven’t received the result you hoped for, don’t assume the worst and think you will no longer be able do what you planned to do. Find out as much as you can before you make a decision, you can speak to the university or college as they may still be able to offer you a place.
