Discounts are available for people on means tested benefits and landlords who need pest treatments in accommodation.

Pest inspection fee

The inspection / call out appointment is to investigate what pest you may have, where it is coming from and what pest treatment you need.

Hourly rate, plus costs of materials, minimum fee £33.03.

If you book a pest treatment after your inspection you will only pay the cost of the treatment and not the inspection fee.

Prices include VAT and are correct as of January 2023. Payment will be requested at the time of booking.

Discount for landlords and agents with licensed houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) in Barnet on all pest treatments from Re and annual monitoring and treatment contract. All discounts apply for the duration of the HMO licence period. Landlords with licensed HMOs in Barnet and additional properties outside the borough should also enquire to see if these fall into the discount catchment area.	20% off fee, valid HMO licence number is required

When we carry out a first inspection of your property we will:

identify the pest
check where the pest is coming from externally
give you advice on a recommended course of treatment and proofing your home from future attacks
a brief written summery of the treatment and what you need to do

To prepare for our inspection visit, we need you to where possible:

take photos or collect samples of the pest
leave any droppings where they are, if this isn't possible place them in a bag to show us
leave any suspected pest damaged property as you found it if not
