Town twinning

Many of the links were made by the smaller councils which existed before the London Borough of Barnet was created in 1965.

Le Raincy invites residents of their twin towns of Barnet UK, Caldas da Rainha in Portugal and Clusone in Italy to participate in this annual competition.
This year, the theme is 'Lights and Reflections in My City.
