Apprenticeships
Any employer can offer an apprenticeship.
Apprenticeships can benefit your business by developing a workforce with skills specific to your businesses current and future needs.
This allows existing employees to pass on their knowledge to the next generation, and provide you with a motivated and fast-developing workforce.

T-level placements
T levels are 2 year courses for young people aged 16 to 19, that focus on technical and practical skills and include an industry placement.
The industry placement is time spent working in a company for 45 days (can be spread over the 2 years). It’s a chance for young people to develop real work skills and make a meaningful contribution to your organisation.
They're not paid a salary, but employers are encouraged to cover travel and lunch expenses.

Work experience
Work experience placements are for young people aged 14 to 18 in full-time education to spend 5 to 10 days working in a specific role in a company.
Work experience gives students new workplace skills and behaviours and the chance to learn about roles, structures and career opportunities.
Employers can gain many benefits from make a real difference to a young person’s life, identify future staff, engage with the community and contribute to the local economy.
